And with the official announcement comes confirmation of its specs. The realme X50 5G comes with a 6.57-inch 120Hz Full HD+ display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chipset which also gives it 5G connectivity, and a 4200mAh battery that supports 30W VOOC 4.0 fast charging. It also features a side-mounted power button, which also serves as a fingerprint sensor. The realme X50 5G also runs Android 10 out of the box. It’s also the company’s first phone to feature its own realme UI, rather than the ColorOS overlays of previous devices. That said, there’s no telling if there’s a significant difference between the two besides their names.

In the camera department, we’re looking at a 64MP + 12MP telephoto + 8MP wide-angle + 2MP macro combo at the back. In front, there’s a 16MP + 8MP wide-angle pair, sitting in a punch hole cutout. As for RAM and storage configurations, the realme X50 5G comes with three. The first is an 8GB + 128GB configuration, which is priced at CNY2499 (~RM1472). Next is the 6GB + 256GB config, which comes with a CNY2699 (~RM1590) price tag. And finally, the 12GB + 256GB config is priced at CNY2999 (~RM1767). The company has not shared local pricing and availability details just yet. (Source: realme via GSMArena)
